Mr. Samoon Rassiwala is the visionary founder of Samoon & Associates and a Civil Engineer with over 47 years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, planning, and project management. Since establishing the firm in 1979, he has played a pivotal role in shaping numerous residential, commercial, industrial, and redevelopment projects across India.
His expertise spans industrial design, master planning, heritage restoration, large-scale redevelopment, liaisoning, and end-to-end project execution.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led landmark developments, combining technical excellence with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of project lifecycles.
