The project for M/s. Neelyog Construction Pvt. Ltd. is an ongoing residential and slum redevelopment initiative aimed at creating sustainable and well-planned housing. With a total construction area of 48,264.64 sq. ft, the project focuses on liaisoning services to ensure smooth approvals and regulatory coordination.
The development includes rehabilitation building components comprising 660 tenements, along with multiple sale towers—Tower 1 and 2 of 12 storeys each, and Tower 3 of 15 storeys. The design approach emphasizes efficient space utilization and modern living standards. Currently under execution, the project is progressing with a strong focus on compliance, quality construction, and timely delivery, ensuring a balanced and structured urban development outcome.
